The pages on this site have been designed to comply with priority 1 guidelines of the W3 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and the U.S. Federal Government Section 508 Guidelines as closely as possible.
The pages also validate as XHTML 1.0 Strict and use structured semantic markup to ensure they are usable on as many devices as possible.
Links: Many links have title attributes to describe the target in greater detail. Most links have been written to make sense out of context so that they can be extracted into a list.
Visual Design: This site uses CSS for visual layout. If your browser or browsing device does not support stylesheets at all, the content of each page is still readable.
